The modern kitchen diner has everything you need for lazy breakfasts, quick snacks, or proper sit-down meals (fish and chips always welcome).
Step outside and you’ll find a private garden with a seating area—great for morning coffees, evening drinks, or just catching a bit of sun in peace.
The real highlight? You’re just moments from the sandy beach, traditional seaside fairground, and Hunstanton’s friendly shops and cafés. Whether it’s paddling, promenade strolls, or ice cream with extra sprinkles, everything’s right on your doorstep.
It has its own parking space for one car and the road is unrestricted if you have more than one car.

The Location
A charming country escape
Hunstanton is famous for being the only eastern seaside resort that actually faces west, so gets the most amazing sunsets right over the sea. The resort was originally founded in Victorian times by Henry Styleman Le Strange, who’s family still reside locally. The beautiful Victorian and Edwardian villas, many built from carrstone or ‘honeystone’ as it’s known locally, found in the historic quarter of the town reflect this former glory. A wander around this part of the town is something many visitors miss, so it is worth a visit to to the local Heritage Centre to find out a bit more.
Of course many people flock to Hunstanton for the beaches, which are sandy and backed with dunes and beach huts. To the south end of the beach you will find traditional seaside treats like a children’s fun fair, slot machines and some glorious fish and chips! Head to Reg’s for fish and chips with a view over the Wash from their balcony, front row seats for the sunsets.
Hunstanton is the perfect place for a weekend break or a family holiday, with plenty to do for everyone.
