Sandy Hills is a contemporary property situated in the sought after village of Salthouse, right on the North Norfolk coast. It is beautifully presented with bright and spacious accommodation. It has 2 bedrooms one with a king sized bed and one with a double. The master bedroom has an ensuite shower room. There is a family bathroom with separate shower and bath and a further shower room downstairs.
The sitting room is a really great space with comfortable seating and French doors to the gardens. To one end is the dining area and a new, well equipped kitchen. There is hard flooring throughout the ground floor, with carpets upstairs. It has private parking and a sunny garden. The cottage is in a peaceful lane, just a few minutes walk to the local pub and village shop. Sandy Hills is the perfect holiday cottage to rent in Salthouse.

Salthouse is one of the most sought after villages on the North Norfolk coast. It is a wonderful place in every season. Summer brings the big blue skies and Autumn and Winter the migrating birds. The Pink Foot Geese attract many bird watchers and nature lovers and many people love to witness this natural Norfolk phenomenon of hundreds of geese coming home to roost. The famous bird reserve at Cley is just a few minutes drive or 30 minute walk.
The village is well served with a fabulous village shop and deli, and an excellent pub The Dun Cow, where you can eat lunch whilst looking out over the wild salt marshes.
